DELIVERY

UK Delivery is included in the item price.

For Europe & International delivery, please email me for a quote for the additional cost before ordering. European and International shipping is worked out on a case-by-case basis. You will also be liable for import duty and taxes, see below.

Import duty and taxes - You may be liable for duties and taxes and any other costs associated with the importing of your item once it arrives in your country. This is the responsibility of you the buyer to pay.

Delivery times - You will be notified when the parcel leaves my workshop and the estimated delivery time starts then. Please allow 8-10 days for delivery.

Although the majority will get to you in 2-4 days working days, it may take up to 7 working days to arrive. If you require your order sooner, please email me for any additional costs.

RETURNS

I take great care to package our products to avoid any damage in transit. If an item does arrive faulty or damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item. After this 48-hour period, I am unable to accept any returns or refunds for damaged goods, as the item/order is no longer under my care.

I cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. I will also not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning an item/order.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to me unless it is faulty. However if your order is personalised, I'm afraid you will not be able to exchange or refund it.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be issued to you following my receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment card.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING WOOD

Wood is a “living” material and may shrink or expand causing movement or cracking. Because of this care must be taken not to expose it to extremely dry or damp conditions/humid environments & direct sunlight. It will not react well to being near radiators, or in large south facing windows. I cannot be held responsible for problems arising from extreme changes in humidity or heat.

Wood is unique, the grain and colour of every tree I use is highly individual including knots which I feel can enhance a piece, and for these reasons I do not accept returns or refunds based on natural variations.
